Workness ("the app") is a workforce management application operated by Yad Barzel ("we", "us"). It lets an organization's staff submit and manage overtime requests and maintain a shared storage-cabinet inventory. This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is protected.

Information we process

• Account & identity data — the name (which may be displayed in a masked form) and email address of each employee, used to sign in and to attribute records.
• Work data — overtime requests you create (dates, hours, notes) and storage-cabinet inventory entries (item names, quantities, descriptions, change history).
• Technical data — minimal operational data (e.g. authentication tokens) required to keep you signed in and to operate the service.

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage-tracking for advertising, and it contains no ads.

How we use it

Data is used solely to provide the service to your organization: authenticating users, processing and approving overtime, and managing shared cabinet inventory. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Storage & security

Data is stored using Supabase (a managed PostgreSQL platform) acting as our data processor. It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, and access is restricted per user through row-level security so that a user only sees the records they are permitted to see.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed only by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) strictly to operate the service, and disclosed only where required by law.

Retention & your rights

Data is retained while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Accounts and their data are removed on request or when your organization off-boards you.

Children

Workness is a workplace tool intended for adults (18+) employed by the organization. It is not directed at children.

איזה מידע אנו מעבדים

• נתוני זהות וחשבון — השם (שעשוי להיות מוצג בצורה ממוסכת) וכתובת המייל של כל עובד, לצורך התחברות ושיוך רשומות.
• נתוני עבודה — בקשות לשעות נוספות שאתם יוצרים (תאריכים, שעות, הערות) ורשומות מלאי של ארונות אחסון (שמות פריטים, כמויות, תיאורים, היסטוריית שינויים).
• נתונים טכניים — נתונים תפעוליים מינימליים (למשל אסימוני התחברות) הנדרשים כדי לשמור אתכם מחוברים ולהפעיל את השירות.

האפליקציה אינה אוספת מיקום, אנשי קשר, תמונות, מזהי פרסום או מעקב שימוש לצורכי פרסום, ואין בה מודעות.

כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

הנתונים משמשים אך ורק למתן השירות לארגון שלכם: אימות משתמשים, עיבוד ואישור שעות נוספות, וניהול מלאי הארונות המשותף. איננו משתמשים בהם לפרסום או לפרופיילינג, ואיננו מוכרים אותם.

אחסון ואבטחה

הנתונים נשמרים באמצעות Supabase (פלטפורמת PostgreSQL מנוהלת) הפועלת כמעבד הנתונים שלנו. הם מוצפנים במעבר (HTTPS/TLS) ובמנוחה, והגישה מוגבלת לכל משתמש באמצעות אבטחה ברמת השורה כך שמשתמש רואה רק את הרשומות שהוא מורשה לראות.

שיתוף

איננו משתפים את הנתונים שלכם עם צדדים שלישיים למטרותיהם. הנתונים מעובדים רק על ידי ספק התשתית שלנו (Supabase) אך ורק לצורך הפעלת השירות, ונחשפים רק כאשר החוק מחייב.

שמירה וזכויותיכם

הנתונים נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל. תוכלו לבקש גישה, תיקון או מחיקה של הנתונים שלכם על ידי פנייה אלינו. חשבונות והנתונים שלהם נמחקים לפי בקשה או בעת סיום העסקה.

ילדים

Workness היא כלי עבודה המיועד למבוגרים (18+) המועסקים בארגון. היא אינה מיועדת לילדים.
